By using royallventures.com (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.
- Information only, not legal advice. The Site, including the Legal Health Quiz, guides, webinars, workshop materials and any downloadable resources, provides general information. It is not legal advice, and it is not a substitute for advice from a licensed attorney about your specific situation.
- No attorney-client relationship. Using the Site, taking the quiz, submitting a form, texting us, or attending a free webinar or workshop does not create an attorney-client relationship. That relationship begins only when we both sign a written engagement agreement.
- Don’t send confidential information. Please don’t share confidential or time-sensitive information until we have agreed in writing to represent you.
- Quiz and tools. Quiz scores and reports are general indicators based on your answers. They do not evaluate your business’s full legal position.
- Pricing. Prices shown on the Site, including launch pricing, member rates and payment plan availability, are subject to change and are confirmed in your engagement agreement. Filing and government fees are billed separately.
- Licensing. Codi Royall is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania. We do not seek to represent anyone based on the Site in a jurisdiction where it would not comply with local rules.
- Intellectual property. The Site’s content, including the SCALE Formula™ name and materials, belongs to Royall Ventures LLC. You may view and print it for personal, non-commercial use, but may not copy, sell or republish it without our written permission.
- Third-party links. Links to other websites are for convenience. We aren’t responsible for their content or practices.
- No warranties. The Site is provided “as is.” We try to keep it accurate and current but don’t guarantee that it is complete, error-free or always available.
- Limitation of liability. To the extent the law allows, Royall Ventures LLC is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content.

- What you’ll receive. Replies to your request, intake questions, scheduling and appointment reminders, webinar and workshop reminders, and updates about services you’ve asked about.
- How you opt in. By texting “SCALE” to [texting number], or by submitting a form on our website that includes your mobile number and our text consent language.
- Frequency. Message frequency varies based on your request.
- Cost. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
- Opt out. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts. You’ll get one message confirming you’ve opted out. Reply START to opt back in.

- Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
