Questions about our legal services
Are your fees flat or hourly?
Flat. The Legal Foundation Build is $349 and the Legal Foundation Audit is $795 at launch pricing for bookings through December 31, 2026 ($1,150 after). SCALE Formula™ Build has one base price, and add-ons are priced individually. On-Going Support members get member rates on both. Get Ready pricing is the same for everyone. Payment plans are available, so you can spread the cost in a way that fits your business.
Are state filing fees included?
No. State filing and other government fees are billed separately, at cost.
Do I have to start with Get Ready?
Yes. Every client starts with a Legal Foundation Build or Audit, so SCALE Formula™ Build is built on what your business actually has in place.
Do you go to court?
No. Royall Ventures does proactive business legal work, not litigation. The goal is to put the right protections in place before a problem becomes a case.
Do I need to know what legal help I need before reaching out?
No. You don’t need to walk in knowing which statute applies, which contract you need, or exactly what needs to be fixed. You tell us where you’re trying to go, and we help figure out what needs to be true legally for you to get there.
What does SCALE Formula™ Build include?
We put the core legal document in place for each of the five areas of the SCALE Formula™, then add what your business needs next, on your timeline and budget. One base price, with add-ons priced individually.
